About The Role
We are growing our Delivery & Client Operations leadership team, searching for our newest Supervisor. You will work cross-functionally with our internal teams, providing insight and resolution for logistical needs and exceptions. You will also be responsible for communicating critical changes to the team and assigning associates to specific tasks and workflows. You will act as a cultural liaison, understanding and committing to the values of Veho.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading a team of nine or more
  • Support the day to day of live operation and all internal teams involved
  • Point of reference for escalations
  • Team mentoring/performance management
  • Attendance/Time Tracking
  • Ensure all tasks are complete, and all exceptions are addressed daily
  • Availability for the following schedule: Weekends included, 11 am - 7:30 pm est (Off Wednesday & Thursday)
What You Bring:
  • Supervisor experience for 2+ years, leading a team of leads and associates in a support industry setting
  • Understand the fundamentals of the operation and logistics across all market
  • Ability to adapt quickly to operational changes and willing to step into additional responsibilities if needed
  • Equipped to communicate with all Veho teammates and our Driver Partners
