About the Role
Veho is adding a Global Recruiter to join our team! This is a pivotal role that will help us build and scale high-performing teams across the company. We will rely on this person to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts and engage top-tier talent across Veho. This position is responsible for owning the recruitment process—from sourcing to offer acceptance—while leveraging market knowledge and strategic insights to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and hiring outcomes across a wide variety of positions and geographies.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across multiple departments and geographies.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media platforms, and other online resources, to identify and attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-caliber talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Proactively research and stay updated on global talent trends, market conditions, and industry developments to refine recruiting strategies.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring goals and team needs.
- Provide strategic consultation throughout a search to ensure we keep strong velocity throughout the recruiting process.
- Facilitate debriefs and guide decision-making throughout the hiring process to ensure alignment and speed.
- Conduct comprehensive screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
- Build relationships with both active and passive candidates and effectively communicate Veho’s value proposition.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication, transparency, and professionalism.
- Conduct market research to identify target talent pools and understand competitive hiring landscapes globally.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activities within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Manage recruitment reporting, pipeline health metrics, and hiring outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Prioritize and organize workload in a strategic and effective manner to meet hiring timelines.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 5 years in a recruiting role, with experience managing global recruitment across various industries.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools, platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media), and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and close candidates.
- Experience in managing international hiring initiatives and a deep understanding of global talent markets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
