Reporting Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Reporting Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Excel skills, experience in data QA/QC and reporting, excellent English communication, and a proactive attitude toward learning and executing tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Data Management

• Generate accurate and timely reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain and update reporting templates based on business requirements.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure integrity and accuracy of datasets.

Data Validation & QA/QC

• Conduct data audits and identify inconsistencies or anomalies.
• Ensure compliance with internal data standards and reporting protocols.

Communication & Collaboration

• Collaborate with team members to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Clearly communicate findings in written and verbal formats.
• Eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, and business processes.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and proactively address challenges.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, charts, etc.).
• Exposure to data QA/QC processes and report automation is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with strong analytical coursework preferred.
