ABOUT THE POSITION
The Channel Partnership Manager will play a key role in creating, building, and developing the Channel Partnerships department, which is focused on driving revenue growth and cultivating strong, impactful relationships with channel partners. Reporting to the SVP of Sales, this role is crucial in scaling our partner network and ensuring the widespread adoption and utilization of Jeenie’s platform.
As Channel Partnership Manager, you’ll cultivate new channel partnerships, showcase the Jeenie platform, and identify new opportunities to expand our reach. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting partners throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting and demos to closing contracts and onboarding.
ABOUT SUCCESS IN THE POSITION
Some of the main initiatives you’ll be part of:
- Identify and initiate outreach to potential channel partners for Jeenie, accelerating the onboarding process of members to drive revenue growth.
- Conducting outreach to channel partners and introducing them to Jeenie’s solutions.
- Delivering impactful platform demos tailored to partner and customer needs.
- Adopting a consultative and data-driven approach to selling, ensuring alignment with partner goals and challenges.
- Managing sales cycles and maintaining an organized pipeline within Hubspot.
- Leading full sales cycles, including prospecting, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Play a key role in shaping and scaling the Channel Partnership division, including defining processes, building out the team, and establishing long-term growth goals.
ABOUT YOU

- Experience and expertise: A strong background in channel partnership sales, ideally in healthcare, language interpretation, non-profit, government, or franchise sales.
- Sales drive: A “hunter” mentality with a passion for identifying and closing opportunities.
- Education: A college/university degree.
- Communication skills: Exceptional presentation, business writing, and oral communication abilities.
- Organization and ownership: You’re a self-starter, highly organized, and capable of managing your own book of business.
- Flexibility and travel readiness: Comfortable with up to 15% travel for meetings, conferences, and events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with drafting, reviewing, or managing proposals, grants, or RFPs is a plus.
- Familiarity with proposal writing best practices, grant application processes, or responding to RFPs.
- Proven experience selling to associations and franchises, with demonstrated success in expanding programs or offerings.
