As the Sales Development Representative, you will work with clients that engage in the self sign-up process on Jeenie’s website. You will be responsible for the full cycle of self-sign up, reaching out to clients as needed when they need support with the process, ensuring they get registered, receive customer support and/or live demos of Jeenie’s platform. You thrive in creating a successful sign-up process that can be implemented and automated. You will also

engage in activities related to developing new business opportunities that drive the company's growth, sales operations and marketing. Reporting to the Vice President of Growth

ABOUT SUCCESS IN THE POSITION
Some of the main initiatives you’ll be part of:

• Reach out to clients that have started but not completed the self sign-up process.

• Reach out to clients that have technical difficulties with the self sign-up process.

• Put a self sign-up process in place that can eventually be automated

• Adopt a consultative and analytical sales approach when working with clients

• Excellent customer service

• A background as a Sales Development Representative

• Comfortable working with Hubspot or Salesforce

• Process driven with experience creating processes and procedures.

• Experience building out templates and automation.

• College/University degree

• Comfortable working with all levels of an organization

• Independent, entrepreneurial thinker, with good judgment skills,

• Proven track record in problem-solving

• Curiosity to constantly look for ways to enhance the self-sign up

• You are detailed-oriented and well organized.You seek feedback at every opportunity so you can be the best you can be
