Job Title: Product Manager
About the Team:
iink—a digital payments network that helps restoration professionals get paid more efficiently after an insured property loss—is looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role: As a Product Manager, you will help set the vision for the product, identify opportunities and own the execution and success all the way from conception through release and iteration. As a startup, prioritization is critical. You will make evidence-based, compelling cases to keep the organization focused on the highest impact problems.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work closely with development teams to prioritize features and define detailed product requirements.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall business goals with strategic input from leadership.
- Define and communicate clear product goals, objectives, and success criteria.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Collaborate with UX to create low-friction, accessible, optimized user journeys.
- Analyze and interpret data to make informed, compelling, evidence-based product prioritization decisions.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals and iterate on features to ensure success; and most importantly, decide when to kill a feature.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Participate in QA process
- Put together training materials
- Work with marketing on product positioning, value propositions
- Familiarize yourself with unit economics of the business and drive high-margin initiatives
About the Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong technical background with a good understanding of software development processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple products simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong project management skills.
- Payments experience or experience in high growth tech products a plus

Potential pay range: $160-175K
