About the Role: As a Product Manager, you will help set the vision for the product, identify opportunities and own the execution and success all the way from conception through release and iteration. As a startup, prioritization is critical. You will make evidence-based, compelling cases to keep the organization focused on the highest impact problems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work closely with development teams to prioritize features and define detailed product requirements.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall business goals with strategic input from leadership.
• Define and communicate clear product goals, objectives, and success criteria.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with UX to create low-friction, accessible, optimized user journeys.
• Analyze and interpret data to make informed, compelling, evidence-based product prioritization decisions.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals and iterate on features to ensure success; and most importantly, decide when to kill a feature.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Participate in QA process
• Put together training materials
• Work with marketing on product positioning, value propositions
• Familiarize yourself with unit economics of the business and drive high-margin initiatives

About the Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong technical background with a good understanding of software development processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple products simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong project management skills.

• Payments experience or experience in high growth tech products a plus

Potential pay range: $160-175K
