We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Your responsibilities will include analysis across all company segments and product lines as well as full lifecycle analysis of digital marketing campaigns and financial consumer products. You will work closely with departmental heads and business stakeholders to identify patterns and suggest direction. This role will report to the VP, Finance with a split between Marketing and the Financial analytics needs of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with business stakeholders to identify, document, and implement BI (business intelligence) reports based on business needs

• Building reporting dashboards for use across the entire business

• Providing segmented lists for marketing use

• Analysis and understanding of member activity and characteristics

• Working on multi-touch and probabilistic attribution models

• Analysis of A/B tests

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, identify trends or patterns, and provide ongoing reports

• Identify those trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts

• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

• Locate and define new business opportunities based on trends in existing data

Requirements

• 4+ years’ of experience in data analytics

• Exceptional data intuition and pattern recognition

• Experience in SQL

• Experience in Jira or similar ticket management platform

• Experience with marketing testing - reading results, recommending

• Tableau, ThoughtSpot, PowerBI or similar data visualization tools

• A/B Testing experience or working theory knowledge
