Overview: We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and proactive Yoga Instructor to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional emotional and physical support to our patients.

About Us: Delfina Medical Group and Delfina Care Inc. provide a leading pregnancy care data platform and clinical services to improve maternal and child health outcomes.

‍About You: This role balances direct client engagement with virtual roll out of Yoga Sessions for pregnant and postpartum individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead yoga instruction for virtual group classes
• Coordinate and support the scheduling, logistics, and execution of yoga classes with our Delfina Team. This includes assisting participants, tracking attendance, and gathering feedback
• Attend team meetings and perform administrative work as requested by the Delfina Team

Qualifications:

• Certified Yoga Instructor
• Experience: Experienced in group, virtual yoga classes. Preferably past experience with pregnant and/or postpartum individuals
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools, virtual communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, email management systems), and patient management software
• Patient-Focused: A compassionate and patient-oriented approach, with a strong ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
• Problem-Solver: Proactive in identifying issues and resourceful in finding solutions, particularly in a remote support environment
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team structure while also demonstrating strong independent work ethic
• Bilingual Proficiency (is a plus): Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages

Compensation: $75 per one-hour virtual yoga class.

• Classes that are not canceled but have no participants within 10 minutes of class start time will be compensated with a no-participant fee of $25
• Additional Compensation may include $35 per hour for administrative work with a maximum of 5 additional hours per week

The compensation range for this contract position represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training. Candidates who meet most of the qualifications above should expect to earn near the middle of the posted compensation range.
