About You: You are an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational efficiency and teamwork. Ideally, you have experience in healthcare, technology, or product operations and are skilled at creating clear and professional internal and external communications, such as memos. Your proactive mindset, adaptability, and excellent communication skills make you a key contributor to successful product and program execution.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Clinical Product Manager and Clinical Program Manager to support product and program operations, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, such as memos, status updates, and meeting summaries.
- Assist in maintaining product roadmaps, tracking timelines, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Organize and maintain operational documentation, including project files, program materials, and process guidelines.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure successful execution of initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 0-4 years of experience in product operations, program support, or a similar role, ideally in a healthcare or technology setting.
- Strong written communication skills, with a track record of drafting professional correspondence and memos.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows, clinical programs, or product development processes.
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) or healthcare IT systems.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies or tools.
- Background in coordinating communication among cross-functional teams.
- Certification in product operations, administrative support, or project coordination (e.g., CAP, PMP, or equivalent).

Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
The base salary range for this full-time position in the United States represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training. New hires who meet most of the qualifications above should expect to earn near the middle of the posted salary range.
