Technical Product Manager

Objective: Manage a portfolio of software applications and systems to ensure successful development, implementation and adoption of the Delfina Care program with users.

About You: Our Technical Product Manager will work with the Product Management and Engineering team to build and deploy the Delfina Care platform. Our Technical Product Manager has excellent problem-solving and communication skills, a health technology background, and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define, document, and prioritize product requirements and feature enhancements.
- Assist in the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with product goals and technical feasibility.
- Analyze user data and feedback to identify product improvement opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Support product roadmap planning by gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential product differentiation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including specifications, wireframes, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (data science, design, engineering, operations, medical, marketing, and sales) to ensure seamless product delivery and clear communication across departments.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and collect analytics to assess feature success and identify improvement areas.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in a product management or technical role (e.g., software engineering, QA, product owner).
- Understanding of technical concepts, such as APIs, databases, and data flows, with the ability to communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and experience working within an Agile team environment.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., GitHub Projects, Jira, Asana, Confluence) and documentation tools (e.g., Figma, Miro).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to clarify requirements and specifications.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in product management, with a demonstrated interest in technology and user-centered design.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Flutter, React, SQL, data analysis tools, or any scripting language.
- Understanding of technical concepts, such as APIs, databases, and data flows, with the ability to communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven record of effectively managing end-to-end software product development.
- A strong customer mindset, with a track record of keeping them at the center of your decision-making frameworks.
Compensation: $110-140K annually. The base salary range for this full-time position in the United States represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training. New hires who meet most of the qualifications above should expect to earn near the middle of the posted salary range.
