Associate Product Manager
Delfina
Objective: Manage a portfolio of software applications and systems to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the Delfina Care program at our partner OB-GYN clinics.
About Us and About You: Delfina provides a leading pregnancy care data platform to improve maternal and child health outcomes. Our Associate Product Manager will work with the Product Management and Clinical Operations team to build and deploy the Delfina Care platform. Our Associate Product Manager has excellent problem-solving and communication skills, a health technology background, and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Product management team to design, document, and test platform and product features.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Operations team to deploy the Delfina Care platform at various clinical sites.
- Monitor and report on user experience post-launch.
- Coordinate with Engineering to deliver functional solutions.
- Test all product features for quality assurance purposes.
Requirements:
- Prior healthcare experience in a clinical setting or experience with healthtech
- Experience managing the entire product life cycle for a healthcare technology product
- Familiarity with user interface and user experience design principles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Web and mobile technologies
- Digital healthcare experience is a plus
- Medical practice/Health system operations is a plus
- US residence, fully remote position, able to travel on an as-need basis (US-wide)
Compensation: The base salary range for this position for this full-time position in the United States is $ 75K-90K, + medical/dental/vision benefits. While this range represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training, new hires who meet most of the requirements above should expect to earn near the middle of the posted salary range.
