Director of ABM and Integrated Campaigns
United States
ClearJet is the most epic logistics infrastructure ever. We are the only operator licensed to orchestrate every logistics asset (ground, sort, air) alongside AI agents and human teams, all under one compliant, secure roof. The world's biggest retailers, 3PLs, marketplaces, and e-commerce platforms use ClearJet to achieve the shipping cost, speed, and flexibility their businesses require. We recently closed a $25M round, taking total funding past $40M.
The role
You will build and run account-based marketing here, and the integrated campaigns that carry it.
We sell into a named list of Fortune 1000 retail shippers and the largest 3PLs in the country. Our Account Executives carry 50 to 100 accounts each. You will write account development plans for the accounts already spending with us, and plan alongside sellers on the accounts they carry. The part of the list no seller is working is also yours.
One-to-one first, one-to-few where a shared buying pattern earns it. This is not a one-to-many role, and it is not a demand generation program with an ABM label on it. It is a pure play ABM program owner with individual contribution required for new program implementation, optimization, measurement, and scale.
What you own
- The ABM program end to end. Strategy, the account development plans and the rhythm that keeps them current, execution across channels, and the measurement that says whether it worked, published as dashboards rather than reported on request.
- The channels. Account-level sales content and marketing pages, proposals, email, events, advertising, direct mail, hosted dinners, field experiences, and whatever else you can support against a cost per opened account.
- The budget conversation. The 2027 ABM budget starts from what we have already outlined, and you are a major stakeholder in setting the rest of it with me and with finance. Come able to argue it: spend inputs, revenue outputs, efficiency outputs, and a real case for moving money between channels and accounts.
- Not brand. The SVP of Go-to-Market keeps brand and product marketing, business unit oversight, sales planning, and the GTM center of excellence. You work at the account and campaign level.
You are the second marketing hire. Your hiring manager built the systems, the buyer knowledge, and a lot of the strategy, and all of it is there for you to take and run with rather than rebuild. You will know these accounts better than anyone here within a few months, and that is the point. You will be accountable for building the private account landing page, creating the proposal, and designing the asset yourself. This role will not be a fit if you have only worked inside a scaled marketing org. This role will be a good fit if you have stood up an account-based marketing program and scaled it somewhere venture or PE-backed.
Where you sit
Every internal marketing meeting. Every internal sales meeting. Pipeline reviews included. Not as a guest and not as a reporting slot at the end. You own the account development plans that bring sales and customer success together on spending accounts. You enable sellers on go-get accounts, bring the signal, and leave quota-carriers with the next set of plays, some you will run for them and some they will run themselves.
You will partner daily with the SVP of GTM, the SVP of Sales, two current sales representatives who carry quota themselves, and a growing sales representative bench, along with two current client success reps and their growing bench for the purpose of expanding current spending accounts.
Our sellers self-source almost all of their pipeline today through one-to-one outreach and events. That is a strength and it is also a ceiling. You are how we raise it.
Your first year
- By 30 days. You know the list, the CRM, and the last year of closed and lost deals. You are in every internal marketing and sales meeting. Account development plans are written for every spending account and for the 100 targets assigned to our current sellers, and the 2027 ABM program is built and finalized.
- By 90 days. Your channels are live and instrumented, including but not limited to email, events, and advertising. Target accounts are mapped to your program, with a written rule for what puts an account in specific campaigns and what takes it out. The first sourced opportunities are in the CRM, cleanly.
- By 180 days. The first cycle of ABM program deployment is delivered and measured by accounts opened and expanded.
- By a year. A repeatable account development planning motion that sellers adopt for their own books. A marketing-sourced share of deal flow that is material. And a clear recommendation on what we should build next.
What we require
- 10+ years of experience, at least 5 of them in B2B marketing, most recently in account-based marketing into enterprise accounts
- High annual contract value, usage-based commercial models, and complex cycles into full buying groups: supply chain, ecommerce, finance, procurement, IT
- Creative account penetration. On most days this job is more creative than it is analytical
- Measurement built into the tooling, close to real time. If a number cannot be pulled on demand, we do not manage it. You can build in HubSpot yourself
- Claude used well past the chatbot. Concretely: you can build and host account-level pages against data we hand you, with API keys we provide
- A demonstrated history of expert-level Clay usage. You have the chops of a ‘GTM engineer’ and have applied it to account-based marketing
- You have successfully managed the myriad of vendors and logistics required to run a live event, from pre-show planning, to on-site coordination including both rented tradeshow space, and company-hosted private events.
- Design proficiency and an operator's hands. You build the deck, the page, and the asset yourself. You have experience in Figma specifically. You are a superuser of marketing tech, sales tech, and account-level and campaign-level production.
- Remote in the United States, Pacific preferred but not required. Travel for 4 to 6 events per year, including Feb 7 to 11, 2027 so far
