As a fast-growing Series A startup, we're seeking a dynamic Chief Revenue Officer to drive our growth and market expansion.

Position Overview:

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be responsible for all revenue-generating activities at ClearJet. This executive-level position will lead the company's sales, marketing, and customer success strategies to accelerate growth, increase market share, and ensure long-term profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies aligned with ClearJet's overall business objectives.

- Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets across all business lines and markets.

- Identify and pursue new revenue streams and business opportunities.

2. Sales Leadership:

- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team.

- Develop sales processes, methodologies, and KPIs to drive consistent growth.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

3. Marketing Oversight:

- Guide the development and execution of marketing strategies to support revenue goals.

- Ensure brand consistency and effective positioning in the market.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate high-quality leads and enhance brand awareness.

4. Customer Success:

- Oversee customer success initiatives to maximize customer retention and expansion.

- Implement strategies to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn.

5. Market Analysis and Expansion:

- Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

- Lead expansion efforts into new markets and segments.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with product, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment of revenue strategies with overall company goals.

- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making as a member of the executive team.

7. Reporting and Analytics:

- Develop and maintain robust revenue forecasting and reporting systems.

- Provide regular updates to the CEO, board, and investors on revenue performance and projections.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

- 8+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles, with at least 4 years in senior leadership positions.

- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in a B2B environment, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related industries.

- Strong understanding of enterprise eCommerce and logistics market dynamics.

- Experience in a high-growth startup environment, ideally with exposure to Series A and beyond funding stages.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Data-driven decision-making approach with strong analytical capabilities.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and disrupting traditional industries.
