By removing the pain points in delivery and returns, Veho creates deeper loyalty and trust between brands and their customers. Our rapidly growing client list includes leading consumer brands like Hello Fresh, Zara, Macy’s, Sephora, Nordstrom, and more.
We’re proud of our inclusive culture, our best-in-class benefits, and the chance for every team member to share in our success through equity. Whether you work at one of our facilities or remotely, at Veho you’ll join a mission-driven team that’s transforming logistics—and having a lot of fun along the way.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager – Network & Transportation Tech to own the roadmap for the technology that powers Networking Planning, Transportation, and Shipment through our network. This includes critical pieces of technology such as Package Level Network Orchestration and related network‑level decision systems. You will define, build, and iterate on features across network planning, transportation execution, capacity planning, and real‑time monitoring. This role partners closely with Facilities Tech, Marketplace, Core Route Building, Growth, Route Success, Network & Capacity Planning, Ground Operations, and Client Operations to ensure our technology optimizes every package’s journey—from induction through final delivery—while balancing cost, capacity, and service levels.
What a Great Candidate Looks Like
  • Domain Expertise: 6+ years in product management with deep Supply Chain Tech experience—especially middle‑mile, network/ship tech, and transportation systems.
  • Track Record: Proven success designing or scaling orchestration engines, TMS capabilities, or network‑planning tools.
  • Customer Obsessed: You obsess over the pain points of internal partners (Network Planners, Dispatchers, Ground Ops) and external customers to craft solutions that drive efficiency and reliability.
  • Data‑Driven & Analytical: You leverage real‑time data, forecasts, and cost models to inform prioritization and measure impact.
  • Collaborative Influencer: You build strong cross‑functional relationships and can steer complex, multi‑team projects to delivery.
  • Outstanding Communicator: You translate technical complexity into clear narratives for both executive and operational audiences.
What You’ll Do
  • Define & Execute the Roadmap: Lead the strategy and execution for Package Level Network Orchestration, capacity planning, and transportation optimization.
  • Partner Broadly: Work alongside Facilities Tech, Marketplace, Core Route Building, Growth, Route Success, Network Planning, Ground Ops, and Client Ops to gather requirements and drive alignment.
  • Design Impactful Features: Architect solutions that optimize line‑haul scheduling, service‑date assignment, exception handling, and real‑time network visibility.
  • Own the Full Lifecycle: Take features from ideation and PRD creation through development, launch, and continuous iteration—measuring success via KPIs like cost per package, on‑time delivery, and network utilization.
  • Leverage Data-Driven Insights: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and drive continuous enhancement of our operational tools.
  • Champion Data & Experimentation: Embed A/B tests in pilots, and predictive models to refine algorithms and operational workflows.
  • Facilitate Change Management: Create rollout plans, training materials, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth adoption across operations.
  • Elevate Discussions: Be the voice that raises the bar in cross‑functional meetings—bringing strategic insights, fresh ideas, and clear recommendations.
  • Engage on the Ground: Reside in one of Veho’s core markets (where a Veho facility is located) and spend time on-site at least weekly to gain first-hand insights and foster strong relationships with network and local operations teams.
What You Bring
  • Product & Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of orchestration engines, TMS, TLS, and network planning systems, with hands-on experience shipping production software.
  • Supply Chain Acumen: Strong grasp of logistics concepts—flow balance, capacity constraints, cost modeling, and operational trade‑offs.
  • Strategic & Tactical Balance: Ability to think big‑picture while diving into the details of data integration, API contracts, and UI/UX workflows.
  • Leadership & Influence: Track record of leading cross‑functional teams, navigating ambiguity, and rallying stakeholders around a common vision.
  • Results Orientation: A bias for action, with a history of driving measurable improvements in efficiency, reliability, or cost metrics.
  • Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment where priorities evolve and innovation is core to our success.
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000, dependent on experience, skills, and education.
  • Equity: Generous ownership package aligned with Veho’s commitment to shared success.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k); unlimited PTO; and an inclusive work environment.
